Description:So far we have got several patents. With five automatic temperature-control rotational molding machines and eight sets of open rotational molding equipment, we have proved to be able to manufacture rotational molding equipment and rotational molding tooling to meet both domestic and abroad customers¡¯ demands.</br> At present, model SGE-300A shuttle type two-position rotational moulding machine and model T23-180 two-capacity three-arm rotational moulding machine are relatively matured in technology. Both models are equipped with process parameters PLC controller to have dynamical real-time control of key parameters such as hot cell temperature, rotation speed and heating time. On these machines, LCD is used to display follow-up working condition and the printer is used to print out the whole process. </br> Our company has competent capability to design and manufacture any other equipment in special type and specification to meet customers¡¯ demands.
